The process

Aluxpert uses modern casting ovens and, sometimes, casting ovens on board of the machine for works of several alloys at the same time.

Trimminng is performed after molding to eliminate the casting burrs and all casting discharges. It can be either automatic and manual.

The casting quality is ensured by casting ovens which allow a careful degassing and a proper thermo-regulation.

The “ready for use” casting

Aluxpert is engaged both with the small and with the big series productions.

Aluxpert can ensure the handling of different production lots with dimensional surveys on all the relevant dimensions with 100% guarantee conformity of the delivered material.
