Quick prototyping through metal casting (aluminum, cast-iron, steel, bronze) allows to obtain in 4-5 days a sample equal in all respects to a standard one.

Analysis of the 3D mathematical model
Pre-mold modeling by means of parametric CAD 3D.
Pre-models or cores in croning sand, made by means of 3D print machine, for foundry use
Casting, de-burring and sand blasting
Eventual mechanical machining

Prototyping from solid

At the design stage, Aluxpert provides its customers with prototypes of the finished part, for a preliminary check, before investing in the mold.

Such process is done through solid metal blocks milling until the superficial treatament of the piece.

This system allows to start a pilot production with very short realization times and small investments.
